摘　　要：介绍了最优竞争者对标方法(BoB)形成背景、主要流程和作用特点,阐述其在上海大众汽车已进行的新模块分析项目中所取得的应用成果,并展望了BoB在汽车优化模块开发和降低材料成本方面的发展前景。The main process and characteristic of the best of benchmarking, and its achievement on the new module analysis project in SVW is discussed. The development prospect of BoB in automotive optimization module, competitive module development and cost reduction is described.
