摘  要:在恒压偏置条件下,采用脉冲横向激励大气压CO2激光器对响应波长为8~12μs的PC型红外HgCdTe探测器进行辐照,分析了不同能量密度激光辐照下探测器的输出波形和干扰区时间长度.实验结果表明:探测器输出信号与激光能量密度密切相关;当辐照能量密度ρ<0.012 5J/mm2,激光脉冲到达光敏面时探测器输出信号急剧下降,激光辐照结束探测器立即恢复到无光照状态;当0.012 5≤ρ≤96.725 0J/mm2时,探测器的输出畸变会持续几μs后开始上升,随着能量密度增大,持续时间和畸变区的积分面积略有增大;当ρ>102.174J/mm2时,探测器的输出会出现多次振荡;当激光辐照能量密度为284.000J/mm2时,探测器信号发生畸变的时间达144μs左右.The output signal and the disturb region of the PC (photoconductive) type infrared HgCdTe detector were analyzed at a response wavelength of 8-12μs, when irradiated with transversely excited atmospheric CO2 laser at a constant biased current. The experiment results show that: when the irradiated energy density is less than 0. 012 5 J/mm2 , the output signal of the detector would decrease sharply when the laser irradiated on the detector photosurface, and the output signal of detector would restore immediately when the laserpower turn off. With the irradiated energy density of 0. 012 5-96. 7250 J/mm2 , the out-of-service time of the detector would sustain a fewμs. Distortion of detector output would intensify a litter when the irradiated energy density is higher. With the irradia ted energy density greater than 102. 174 J/mm2 , the detector output would vibrate many times. When the irradiated energy density is 284. 000 J/mm2 , the out-of-service time of the detector is 144μs.
