摘 要:采用非离子分散剂制备超细颜料,然后采用阳离子改性剂调节颜料表面电荷,得到阳离子型超细颜料,研究了阳离子型超细颜料的着色性能。优化的阳离子型超细颜料制备工艺为:颜料含量10%,非离子分散剂FPE 16%(占颜料总量),阳离子分散剂POED 4%。采用此工艺制备的阳离子型超细颜料粒径小,Zeta电位由负值变为正值,离心稳定性高,对温度、电解质、pH值的稳定性能均较好,染色结果表明,织物的K/S值明显增大,织物颜色更深。The cationic ultra-fine pigment is prepared in the way of dispersing pigment with non-ionic dispersant firstly and then adjusting the surface charge with cationic agent.The performance of the prepared cationic ultra-fine pigment is studied.The results show that the optimized preparation process of the cationic fine pigment is as follows: pigment 10%,non-ionic dispersant FPE 16%(share of total pigments),cationic dispersant POED 4%.The cationic ultra-fine pigment features small particle size,Zeta potential increased from negative to positive,centrifugal stability,and performs well on temperature,electrolyte and pH value conditions.K/S value of dyed fabric increases significantly.
