摘　　要：将PTT/PET交织物在不同温度下染浅色和中深色,结果表明：单只分散染料染色时,两组分的色相较一致,不会产生异色效果;100~120℃染色时,可获得浓淡色的染色效果;130℃染色,同色效果最好。染浅色时,易达到同色效果;染中深色则不易达到同色效果。染料在PTT/PET（DTY）交织物上的同色性比在PTT/PET（FDY）交织物上的差。分散黄5、橙25、橙30、红153、红65、紫33和蓝148可用于PTT/PET（DTY）交织物的同色染色。PTT/PET blended fabric is dyed in pale shade and medium to dark shades at different temperature,and the color yield of the two components is discussed.The results show that the solid effect is obtained when dyeing with single disperse dye.Tone-in-tone effect and solid effect can be obtained at 100~120 ℃ and 130 ℃ respectively.Solid effect can be achieved more easily in lower dye concentration.Solid effect of PTT/ PET（FDY） blended fabric is better than that of PTT/ PET（DTY） blends.C.I.Disperse Yellow 5,Orange 25,Orange 30,Red 65,Red153,Violet 33 and Blue 148 can be used to dye PTT/ PET（DTY） blended fabric for better solid effect.
