摘　　要：为提高染色一次成功率,采用1 kg染缸放样,从染色工艺、浴比和织物运行时间等方面模拟染色大生产,对化验室提供的配方进行检验和修正;分析了影响一次成功率的关键因素,并提出了解决方法。A pilot trial with a dye vat of 1 kg is carried out to simulate the practical dyeing conditions including dyeing process,bath ratio and running time,and the dyeing recipes supplied by laboratory is tested and modified in order to enhance right-first-time dyeing.The reasons for improvement in right-first-time dyeing are analyzed combined with practical production.
