血脉通胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板表面α颗粒膜蛋白-140、D-二聚体的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板表面α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)、D-二聚体(D-dimer)在不稳定型心绞痛(UA)发生、发展中的作用及血脉通胶囊对UA患者GMP-140、D-二聚体的影响。方法将70例UA患者随机分成2组:治疗组予血脉通胶囊治疗,对照组予肠溶阿司匹林治疗,观察2组治疗前后心绞痛、心电图、硝酸甘油减停率、GMP-140、D-二聚体的变化。结果 UA患者GMP-140、D-二聚体的血浆水平明显升高;治疗后2组心绞痛、心电图与硝酸甘油减停率的改变无显著性差异;治疗4周后,2组GMP-140、D-二聚体血浆水平均显著降低(P均<0.01),2组间比较无显著性差异。结论血小板活化在UA的发生发展过程中起着重要作用;血脉通能够有效改善患者的症状,抑制血小板活化,在预防与治疗UA中有极其重要的临床意义。Objective It is to explore the action of platelet α granule membrane protein-140（GMP-140） and D-dimer in occurrence and development of unstable angina（UA）,and the effect of Xuemaitong Capsule on them in patients with UA.Methods 70 cases of patients with UA were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with Xuemaitong Cpasule and the control group treated with Aspirin.The changes of angina pectoris,ECG,decreasing-stopping rate of nitroglycerin,GMP-140 and D-dimer before and after treatment were observed.Results The levels of plasma GMP-140,D-dimer obviously increased in UA patients.There was no significant difference in the changes of angina pectoris,ECG,decreasing-stopping rate of nitroglycerin.After 4 weeks,treatment,the levels of plasma GMP-140 and D-dimer both decreased obviously（P0.01）,and comparison between the two groups showed no significant difference statistically（P0.05）.Conclusion Platelet activation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of UA.Xuemaitong capsule can effectively inhibit platelet activation and improve symptoms of the patients,so it has great importance in the prevention and treatment for UA.
