摘　　要：通过2个案例分析,阐述了汽车冲压件成形模现场调试过程中一种非常典型的工艺设计缺陷,分析了其产生原因并提出改进措施,对汽车冲模从业人员有一定的借鉴意义。A typical technological design defect in the field adjustment process of a forming die for an automotive stamping part was described. The cause was analyzed and an improvement measure was proposed.
