集群协同创新系统特色信息资源中心的建设——以中部六省各类图书馆特色信息资源为例

摘　　要：对学科集群与产业集群协同创新的探讨需要借助系统研究、实证分析、文献研究等方法。从中部六省各类图书馆的特色信息资源现状来看,在集群协同创新系统中,特色信息资源中心的建设不仅是必要的也是可行的。在特色信息资源中心建设的过程中,不仅要重视硬件设备的配置、软件平台的选择、数据库的组成、资源的整合等策略,还要注意特色化、互动性、知识产权、可持续发展等问题,从而为实施中部崛起战略提供信息服务。The investigation of collaborative innovation of disciplinary and industrial clusters need to utilize methods like systemic research,positive analysis and Literaturedocument study.From the perspective of the situation of characteristic information resources in libraries of six provinces in central China,the construction of such centers is necessary and feasible in the collaborative innovation system of clusters.In the course of the construction,emphasis should be placed not only on strategies such as building hardware facilities,choosing software platforms,organizing databases and integrating resources,but also on characterization,interaction,intellectual property and sustainable development,to provide information service for the implementation of the strategy of ＂Rise of Central China＂.
