摘 要:目的建立简便迅速的参斛颗粒剂中丹参酮ⅡA与丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱,分别以甲醇-水(85∶25)和甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30∶10∶1∶59)为流动相,检测波长:270 nm、286 nm;流速:1mL/min;柱温:室温。结果在此色谱条件下丹参酮ⅡA在含量0.1~0.5μg线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.71%,RSD为1.29%;丹酚酸B在含量0.56~2.8μg线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为为97.52%,RSD为1.03%。结论高效液相色谱法简便、高效、精确,可作为参斛颗粒剂中丹参酮ⅡA与丹酚酸B的质量控制标准。Objective To establish a simple and rapid method for determination of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Shenhu granules. Methods HPLC was used in the experiment, and the analysis was carried on C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5μm) with mobile phase consisted of methanol-watel (85:25) and methanol-acetonitrile-fonnic acid-water (30:10:1:59) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1, the detective wavelength was 270 nm, 286 nm respectively, and the column temperature was room temperature. Results The linear ranges of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B were 0.1-0.5 μg, 0.56-2.8 μg respectively, the average recoveries were 97.71% (RSD= 1.29%), 97.52% (RSD=1.03%) respectively. Conclusion The method is sim- ple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Shenhu granules.
