中国小城镇合理规模探讨——以湖北省武汉市柏泉镇为例

摘　　要：党中央提出科学发展观及建设社会主义新农村任务至今,乡村建设研究在学术界已日益成为热点,而小城镇在乡村建设的过程中发挥着主导作用,因而,小城镇建设是乡村建设工作中的重要任务。对于小城镇而言,建设首先就会涉及到合理的"量",即小城镇的规模合理性问题。由此,可以看出,与党中央政策同步,小城镇的规模合理性问题也必然将成为社会和学术界关注的焦点,对此问题进行研究迫在眉睫。与小城镇在我国城市化进程中的重要地位相结合,研究小城镇规模合理性问题的重要性凸显。本文在翔实把握国内外相关研究的基础上,从区域、生态、经济、社会综合视点同时切入,使用定性研究与定量研究相结合的研究方法,通过对湖北省武汉市柏泉镇合理规模的实例研究,提出了相关研究结论。From the scientific development concept and task of new rural construction put forward by the Central Party Committee up to now,the research of rural construction has become more and more important in the academic field.Moreover,small towns are the lead in the course of rural construction.Thus,the construction of small towns is the important task of rural construction.For the construction of small towns,rational scale should be referred to firstly,which is just the problem of rationality of small towns＇ scale.Thus,the problem of rationality of small towns＇ scale must be the focus of all the society and academic field with the relative policy of the Central Party Committee.The importance of researching the problems of rationality of small towns＇ scale becomes more and more prominent based on the background of the status of small towns in the course of urbanization and construction of new socialist countryside of China.On the base of grasping the domestic and foreign relative research fully and accurately,using the methods of qualitative research,quantitative research and the model of fractal theory in the course of analyses from the regional view,by the case study of rational scale of Baiquan Town in Wuhan City of Hubei Province from regional view,ecological view,economic view and social view,the conclusions are put foreword.
