摘 要:铝杆连铸连轧生产过程中,结晶器铝水液位波动不但直接影响铸坯的质量,而且会导致浇铸过程中的铝液外溢或者外漏事故。针对铝线连铸连轧机结晶器液位控制的技术现状,对控制系统进行改进。同时,对结晶器液位控制的算法进行分析与研究,选用两输入一输出PID参数模糊自调整控制器,并根据原有生产线的经验值对控制器的隶属度函数与控制规则进行设计。Simulink仿真结果验证了此模糊控制方法对铝线连铸连轧液位控制的有效性及与常规PID控制相比的优越性。In the production process of aluminum rod continuous casting and continuous rolling mill, aluminum level fluctuation in the mould not only has a direct impact on the quality of slabs, but also may cause accident that aluminum liquid spills or leaks in casting process. The control system of mould level of aluminum rod continuous casting and continuous rolling mill was improved based on its development status. The algorithm of mould level control was analyzed and a fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters controller with two inputs and one output was selected. The membership function and control rules were designed for the system according to the experi- ence data of original production line. The simulation results show that this fuzzy PID control method is efficient for mould level control of aluminum rod continuous casting and continuous rolling mill and superior than conventional PID control method.
