摘  要:采用铝酸酯对微米级BaSO4进行表面处理,通过熔融共混法制备了PP/BaSO4复合材料,对该复合材料的力学性能、冲击断面形貌、加工流变及结晶行为进行了研究。研究结果表明,表面处理后的BaSO4粒子与PP之间存在着改善的界面粘附,在一定作用力下BaSO4粒子会发生界面脱粘而形成孔穴,完成无机粒子对应力的传递与释放,并促使塑性形变在界面脱粘后发生,阻止初期应力所致细裂纹的扩展,从而增加基体树脂的韧性和刚性;复合材料界面的改性会增加BaSO4的成核能力,阻碍PP分子链的移动,在基体中形成不完善的、更小尺寸的晶体。Micron sizes BaSO4 modified by aluminate coupling agent was used as fillers.PP/BaSO4 composite materials were prepared through melt blending.Mechanical properties,morphology of fractured surfaces,processing rheology and crystalline behaviors of the composite materials were studied.The results show that there is improved interfacial-adhesion between the modified BaSO4 and the PP matrix.The interfacial debonding occurs under an action of certain external force.Consequently,some caves form.This ensures the inorganic particles to transfer and relieve the stress formed in the materials,and makes plastic deformation of the matrix to occur after the particles' debonding.Consequently,the forming crazes at the initial stage of the deformation don't expand.The rigidity and toughness of the composite materials are improved.The modified interface between the BaSO4 particles and PP increases nucleating ability of the fillers,and retards the movement of the PP macromolecular chains.This leads to the formation of less smaller sizes of PP crystals with in complete structure.
