摘  要:以油菜秸秆,小麦秸秆和玉米秸秆作为发酵原料,采用批式发酵工艺,以10℃为梯度,分别在常温(15℃,25℃)、中温(35℃,45℃)和高温(55℃)下,进行厌氧发酵潜力及产气特性的研究。实验结果表明,油菜秸秆、小麦秸秆、玉米秸秆仅经简单粉碎预处理后,即可进行沼气发酵;油菜秸秆的发酵潜力低于其他两种秸秆,且油菜秸秆产气曲线出现明显次波峰。随着温度的升高,秸秆的产气速度和发酵潜力逐渐增加,玉米秸秆在45℃下发酵潜力达到最大(0.56 L.g-1TS)。经试验初步证明,45℃下高温菌种占主导地位。Abstract: Batch anaerobic fermentation experiments were conducted to study biogas production potential and characteristics for straw of rape , wheat and corn. Five temperature were set: two psyehrophilic (15℃ and 25℃ ) , two mesophilic (35℃ and 45℃) , and one thermophilic (55℃) . The results revealed that these three kind of straws could obtain good anaerobic fermentation performance through simple physical pretreatment, such as crushing. The biogas production potential of rape straw was less than wheat and corn straw. There existed an obvious secondary peak in biogas production curve for rape straw. With the rising of temperature, biogas production rate increased, the maximum biogas production rate of 0. 56 L·g ^-1 TS of corn straw was gotten at 45℃. And it is proved by experiment that the thermophilie bacterium were in dominate at 45℃.
