摘　　要：以江苏省农业沼气项目规划为例,从规划环境影响评价的角度,对农业沼气项目规划的环境影响进行分析,针对农业沼气项目规划及其环境影响特点,对可能受开发方案影响的环境因子和产生的影响性质进行了判断,利用清单法对农业沼气项目规划可能引发的环境问题及评价因子进行了筛选,并提出了农业沼气项目规划环境影响评价的指标体系。Taking Jiangsu rural biogas project planning as an example, the environmental impact of rural biogas project planning was analyzed from the perspective of environmental impact assessment. Based on the characteristics of environ- mental impact assessment for rural biogas project planning, environmental factors affected by the planning were judged. The possible affected environmental issues and evaluation factors were selected by the list method, and the basical indieial system of environmental impact assessment for rural biogas project was proposed.
