摘　　要：以电动轮自卸车轮边减速器为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对太阳轮和行星轮进行了仿真分析,得到了太阳轮和行星轮的等效应力云图,并对有限元分析仿真值与理论计算值进行了对比,结果表明,理论计算值与仿真值非常接近,表明采用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析轮边减速器的疲劳强度问题的可行的。The wheel-side reducer for 154T motor dump trucks was investigated and sun gears and planetary gears of the reducer is simulated,after that the FEA simulation value and the theoretical value was contrasted and the results show that these two values are very close to each other,the results say that the fatigue strength analysis of wheel-side reducer with ANSYS software is feasible.
