摘 要:蒸汽是重要的二次能源,为了安全、经济地使用蒸汽,许多工业生产中都需要实时测量控制湿蒸汽干度。根据能量守恒原理、质量守恒原理以及凝结法的测量原理,研制了冷凝式蒸汽干度仪,运用软件进行了模拟计算,并通过建立湿蒸汽干度检测台进行实验研究。研究表明该干度仪具有结构简单,成本低,精度高,测量范围宽等优点。Steam is an important secondary energy,in order to use steam securely and economically,the wet steam dryness needs to be real-time measured and controlled in many industrial production processes.Based on the energy conservation principle and conservation of mass,and also the measuring principle of the condensed mode,a kind of condensed mode instrument for steam dryness measuring has been developed.Numerical simulation was done to it using software.And furthermore,a wet steam dryness test-bed has been established to do experimental research.Studies show that this instrument has the following advantages:easily-configuration,low-costs,high-accuracy,wide measurement range and so on.
