摘 要:采用微波灰化技术消解残渣燃料油,用全谱直读DUO—ICP—AES同时测定残渣燃料油中的铝、硅、钒,优化了仪器工作参数和实验条件。结果表明,在质量浓度0~25.0mg/L范围内铝、硅、钒的线性关系良好(r=0.99970~0.99999),检出限、回收率和相对标准偏差分别为0.005—0.050mg/L、88%~97%和1.0%~3.5%。该方法快速简便,可应用于残渣燃料油中铝、硅、钒的日常检验。A method for the determination of Al, Si, V in residual fuel oil was developed by DUO - ICP - AES with microwave ashing technology. The operative conditions of DUO - ICP - AES were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0 - 25.0 mg/L with correlation coefficients(r) of 0. 999 70-0. 999 99. The detection limits ranged from 0. 005 mg/L to 0. 050 mg/L. The spiked recoveries were in the range of 88% - 97% with RSDs of 1.0% - 3.5% . The method was simple and rapid, and could be applied in the routine analysis of Al, Si, V in residual fuel oil.
