摘　　要：基层学术组织作为研究型大学教学和科研的基本组成单位,其个体的发展对于研究型大学整体的建设具有举足轻重的基础性作用。因此,建设高水平的研究型大学需要从实际情况出发,创新对研究型大学基层学术组织的管理。文章从我国大学基层学术组织的演变和现状出发,分析了研究型大学基层学术组织在目前管理体制下所存在的问题,并从高等教育管理活动所包含的计划、组织、控制三个方面对研究型大学基层学术组织的管理创新提出几点建议,以促进研究型大学的发展。The basic academic organization is the fundamental unit of teaching and research in research-oriented university, whose development is important to the whole construction of university. The high-level research- oriented university construction therefore should innovate in the management of the basic academic organization according to its practical situation. The article analyses the problems of basic academic organizations of research university under the current management system from the evolution and current situation of the basic academic organization, and make a few suggestions for research university management innovation of basic academic organization from the three aspects of higher education management activities, which included the planning, organization and control, and to promote the development of research universities.
