摘  要:为了从现代药理学角度评价兽药典方剂"止咳散"临床用药的有效性,对其进行了止咳化痰作用研究。通过浓氨水诱咳,测定5 min内小鼠咳嗽次数及咳嗽潜伏期,通过小鼠气管段酚红法测定酚红分泌量。结果表明,止咳散高、中、低剂量组咳嗽次数与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),高剂量组作用与右美沙芬相同,而在延长咳嗽潜伏期方面,高剂量作用与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),且效果要优于右美沙芬组;止咳散中剂量组酚红分泌量与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),高剂量组与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),高剂量组作用与氯化铵相似。结果表明,止咳散能够明显减少咳嗽次数,延长咳嗽潜伏期,促进酚红的分泌,具有明显的止咳化痰作用。The cough-relieving and sputum-removing effects of anti-cough powder,one of the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia,were evaluates in the present study.Ammonia water stronger-induced cough in mouse model was adopted to study the cough-relieving effect of anti-cough powder by determining the cough frequency in 5 minutes and cough latency;sputum-removing test was carried out by detecting the secretary volume of phenol red in air tube of mouse.The result showed that cough frequency of treatment groups had a extremely significant reduction compared with that of control group(P0.01),while cough frequency of high dose group was comparable to that of dextromethorphan group;cough latency of high dose group was extended more significantly than that of control group(P0.01),even superior to dextromethorphan group;phenol red secretary volume of middle group had significant difference in relative to that of control group(P0.05);while high group,comparable to amchlor group,had a extremely larger secretary volume than control group(P0.01).It is concluded that the anti-cough powder has obvious effects of cough-relieving and sputum-removing.
