摘　　要：介绍了21世纪图书馆的职能,针对我国目前图书馆员知识老化、素质偏低、高层次人员缺乏和图书馆服务技术含量低、缺乏创造性等现状,提出对在岗馆员再教育和充分利用高校培养新型复合型专业图书馆员等对策。This paper introduces library’s functions in the 21st century,and in the light of the current status of Chinese librarians such as the unreasonable knowledge structure,the lower quality,the shortage of high-level personnel,the lower technical content of library service,and the lack of creativity,etc.,and puts forward some countermeasures for implementing on-the-job re-education for librarians and cultivating new-type inter-disciplinary professional librarians by full use of universities.
