摘　　要：阐述了图书馆意识和馆员意识的定义和内涵,指出了馆员意识对图书馆工作的重要性,并指出馆员意识有积极和消极之分,提出了馆员要具备较强的自我主体意识和知识更新意识。The library work emphasizes the function of the librarians and the function of the librarian consciousness.This paper expounds the definition of the library consciousness and the definition and connotation of the librarian consciousness,and probes into the importance of the librarian consciousness on the library work,points out that the librarian consciousness can be divided into positive one and negative one,and the librarians should possess stronger the self-subjectivity consciousness and the knowledge renewal consciousness.
