摘 要:超高水材料是一种新发明的采空区充填材料,水体积可达97%,水灰比可达11∶1。针对我国建筑物下压煤充填开采技术在实际应用中存在的不足,通过对超高水材料基本性能的研究,提出了分段阻隔式充填开采,通过构筑简易挡板或专用充填液压支架隔离采空区,有利于抬高充填液面,使浆体迅速接顶,增强了该方法对煤矿地质条件的适应性;凝固后的固结体可控制顶板及上覆岩层活动,从而达到有效减缓地面沉降的目的。超高水材料阻隔式充填开采技术在田庄煤矿进行首次应用并取得成功,其实践说明:超高水材料是性能良好的采空区充填材料;超高水材料阻隔式填开采技术是解放建筑物下压煤的一种先进方法,符合绿色开采方向。Super high-water material is a new kind of filling material in goaf,whose water volume and water cement ratio can respectively reach 97% and 11∶1.Against the shortcomings in practical application of China′s filling mining technology under buildings,subsectioned-obstructingwith super high-water material was proposed by studying the basic properties of super high-water material.By building simple baffle or dedicated hydraulic support isolating goaf,enabling filling surface elevation,rapid contacted roof and enhanced the adaptability of method to the geological conditions of coal mine,filling body can control overlying strata activity and slow down the land subsidence effectively.The first successful application of the technology of subsectioned-obstructing with super high-water material shows that super high-water material is a filling material with good performance in goaf,and the technology of subsectioned-obstructing with super high-water material is an advanced filling mining method under buildings,is a result which conforms to the direction of green mining,too.
