摘　　要：介绍了图书馆危机和危机管理的定义,总结了高校图书馆危机的类型以及成因,从创新服务理念、强化人才培养、优化馆藏结构、加强宣传等方面,提出了解决危机的几点方案。This paper introduces the definitions of library crisis and crisis management,sums up the types and causes of university library crisis,and puts forward some schemes for solving the crisis from aspects of innovating the service concept,enhancing the talents cultivation,optimizing the collection structure,and strengthening the propaganda,etc.
