摘　　要：教师参与文献资源建设是高校图书馆采访工作提高工作效率和工作质量的有效措施。阐述了教师参与文献资源建设的意义、指导思想、目标及组织保障,探讨了教师参与文献资源建设的主要内容及方法,提出了教师参与文献资源建设的措施。Teachers＇ participating in the construction of literature resources is an effective measure for university library to improve the efficiency and quality of acquisitioning work.This paper expounds the significance,guiding thought,target and organizational guarantee of teachers＇ participating in the construction of literature resources,probes into the main contents and methods of teachers＇ participating in the construction of literature resources,and puts forward some measures for teachers＇ participating in the construction of literature resources.
