摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆文献信息采访人员应具备的基本素质,提出了提高文献信息采访人员素质的途径和方法,以更好地为读者服务和适应未来图书馆发展的需求。This paper analyzes the basic qualities that the literature information acquisitioning personnel in university library should possess,and puts forward some paths and methods for improving the qualities of the literature information acquisitioning personnel in order to make the acquisitioning personnel serve the readers better and meet the needs of library＇s future development.
