摘　　要：以WFX-120型原子吸收分光光度计火焰炉法测人头发中铜和锌的质量分数为例,详细分析了原子吸收在使用过程中的操作规程与注意细节。Taking the measurement of the mass fractions of copper and zinc in human hair by using flame atomic absorption of WFX-120 type atomic absorption spectrophotometer as an example,this paper makes detailed analysis on the operation specifications of the usage of atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
