摘  要:采用温室人工接种方法利用8个云南稻瘟病菌优势小种对39份云南糯稻品种进行抗稻瘟病性鉴定,结果表明,表现高抗、抗及中抗的品种共24份,中感品种15份,无感和高感品种。利用24对SSR引物分析39份云南糯稻品种的遗传多样性,表明糯稻品种遗传变异较丰富,聚类分析显示其明显分为籼粳两支。糯稻品种抗瘟性与遗传多样性的相关分析表明,二者之间无显著相关性。Rice blast resistance of 39 Yunnan glutinous rice varieties was studied by inoculation of eight dominative Yunnan rice blast races in greenhouse.Results showed that 24 varieties were high resistance,resistance and medium resistance,15 varieties were medium susceptibility respectively,and no varieties were susceptibility and high susceptibility.Genetic diversity of the 39 rice varieties was analyzed by 24 SSR(simple sequence repeat) markers.Results showed abundant genetic variation of these varieties.Cluster analysis showed all varieties could be obviously divided into Indica and Japonica.And no significant correlation was found between blast resistance and genetic diversity of them.
