摘  要:液体振荡培养的黑胫病菌孢子经过滤、浓缩、硫酸铵沉淀、透析、离心,获得初提纯黑胫病菌毒素。利用不同浓度毒素处理烟草幼苗,检测烟叶中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性以及对丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的影响。结果表明,抗病品种K326经毒素处理后的CAT和MDA活性均低于感病品种红花大金元,而红花大金元的PAL活性比K326易被激活。初步说明烟草黑胫病菌毒素处理过的烟草能够诱导提高相关酶CAT,PAL的活性,减少有害物质MDA的含量。Toxin was obtained from hyphal of Phytophthora nicotianae through filtration,concentration,ammonium sulfate deposition,membrane dialysis and centrifugation.The seedlings of tobacco were treated with different concentrations of P.nicotianae toxin to detect its effect on the activities of catalase(CAT),phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in tobacco leaves.The results showed that the CAT activities and MDA contents of resistant varieties K326 were lower than those of insusceptible host Hongda.On the contrary,the PAL activities of Hongda were stimulated much easier by the toxin than those of k326.It was indicated that low concentration of toxin could be used as an elicitor to enhance the CAT and PAL activities and reduce the MDA content.
