摘  要:在大田栽培和自然光条件下,研究了人工模拟两种强度UV-B辐射(308nm,1.83 kJ/m2,1.06 kJ/m2)增强对烤烟品种红花大金元和云烟87叶片中水溶性总糖和蛋白质含量以及施木克值的影响。结果表明:UV-B辐射能显著抑制烟叶中水溶性糖的合成和积累(P<0.05),尤其对云烟87上部叶水溶性糖含量降低极为明显(P<0.01),显著降低烟叶的施木克值(P<0.01);1.83 kJ/m2的UV-B可大幅提高红大上部叶蛋白质的含量,而1.06 kJ/m2的UV-B则会降低红大上部叶蛋白质含量,大幅提高了其下部叶的蛋白质含量,但总体含量明显升高(P<0.05);UV-B也促进云烟87叶片中蛋白质的合成(P<0.01),其上部叶含量增加最为明显(P<0.01)。Field studies were conducted to test the effect of enhanced ultraviolet-B(UV-B,308 nm,1.83 kJ/m2,1.06 kJ/m2) radiation on the soluble sugar,protein contents and Shmuck value of two flue-cured tobacco cultivars(Hongda and Yunyan 87) under field cultivation and natural light conditions.The results showed that synthesis and accumulation of soluble sugar of flue-cured tobacco leaves was significantly inhibited by UV-B radiation(P 0.05),in particular,the upper leaves' of Yunyan87 decreased very significantly(P 0.01).Shmuck value was also reduced significantly(P 0.01);protein content of upper leaves of Hongda was increased greatly by UV-B Radiation at 1.83 kJ/m2,but upper leaves' of Hongda was reduced and its lower leaves' was increased significantly by UV-B Radiation at 1.06 kJ/m2,however,the overall protein of Honda was increased significantly(P 0.05);synthesis of protein of Yunyan87 leaves can be also promoted(P 0.01),its upper leaves was increased most significantly(P 0.01).
