摘 要:从扬州郊区某鹅场死亡的、具有小鹅瘟典型病变的雏鹅肝、脾、肠病料组织中分离到一株病毒。经过试验鉴定,该毒株能与小鹅瘟阳性血清发生沉淀反应,通过电镜可以观察到典型的细小病毒样粒子;人工感染雏鹅,可引起发病和死亡,并与自然病例有相似的临床症状和病理变化。该毒株的鹅胚半数致死量(ELD50)为106.16 0.2 mL,最小致死量病毒致死鹅胚的平均时间(MDT)为93.6 h;结果表明,该野外分离病毒为小鹅瘟强毒株,命名为YZ-0703株。One strain of virus was isolated from the liver, spleen and intestine of dead goslings that had clinical gosling plague pathological changes from a farm in Yangzhou. Agar gel precipitin test showed the virus had precipitation reaction with gosling plague virus (GPV) positive sera. Typical particles of parvovirus were observed by electronic microscope. The artificial challenging goslings were morbility and fatality, shared the same symptoms and pathological changes with the natural infected cases. Median embryo lethal dose ( ELD50) was 106.16 0. 2mL and mean death time (MDT) of minimal lethal dose virus was 93.6 h. The result demonstrated that the virus was a high virulent strain of gosling plague virus and designated as YZ-0703.
