摘　　要：近年来关于β-内酰胺类抗生素肾损害的报道逐渐增多,主要见于青霉素类和头孢菌素类,其中血尿为主要类型。慢性肾功能不全时抗生素的吸收、分布、代谢、清除均有改变,需调整剂量使用,药物过量可导致抗生素脑病。There are more and more reports about renal damage induced by β -lactams antibiotics which mainly include penicillins and cephalosporins. The main type of renal damage is hematuria. Chronic renal failure disturbs absorption, distribution, metabolism and clearance of antibiotics. Dosage of β-lactams antibiotics should be adjusted, or some of them may cause encephalopathy in chronic renal failure patients.
