摘  要:为了探讨软弱岩层条件下厚煤层综放开采的覆岩破坏及矿压显现规律,运用三维相似材料模型实验台对铁煤集团大平煤矿S2S9工作面开采过程进行了实验研究,综合运用内部传感器监测和外部量测来获取模型应力、位移。实验结果表明:在未充分采动前,覆岩裂隙带范围总体趋势是按"梯形"的方式向上向前扩展,在工作面的推进过程中,直接顶初次垮落步距为20 m,老顶初次垮落步距为34 m,周期垮落步距为10 m左右,垮落带高度约为21 m,导水裂隙带高度达约为120 m。回采工作面推进过程中,前方煤壁垂直应力逐渐增加,工作面推至既定工作面长度时达最大值;内应力场范围为10 m左右,峰值点距煤壁80 m左右,前方煤壁应力挠动范围在200 m左右;软弱覆岩发育裂隙部分在后期弥合。该研究为软弱覆岩下厚煤层安全开采提供参考依据。The No.S2S9 coal face in Daping was taken as a prototype to study the characteristics of the soft overburden movement and the strata behavior in mining of thick coal seam.The essential stress and strain were all monitored in the similar material model.The results showed that rock fractures extended from bottom as the workspace was pushed,with the initial collapse span of 20 m,the roof collapse span of 34 m,the cycle collapse span of about 10 m,the mining zone of 21 m and the water flowing fractured zone of 120 m.The anterior coal wall,where large plastic zone appears,lost the bearing capacity along with the advance of the workspace.The range of the internal stress field was about 10 m and the peak abutment pressure point is 80 m away from the coal wall,while the distur-bance range in the anterior coal wall was 200 m.Some cracks were closed in later stages.The simulation provides a reference for the application and promotion of thick seam mining technology.
