摘　　要：从法律层面剖析关于复制的概念、被法律认可的复制行为,及复制权例外的类型。在此基础上,从图书馆当前业务活动的实际出发,分析适用于图书馆的复制权例外的主体资格,梳理出当前图书馆业务活动涉及的复制行为,归纳出可适用于图书馆的复制权例外可概括为五种基本类型。The author discusses the connotation of duplication right exception, duplication behavior, the variety of duplication right exceptions. On this basis, from the perspective of library information service, the paper analyzes the qualification of main body applicable to library＇s duplication right exceptions, points out the duplication behavior in library community, and sums up the five fundamental duplication right exceptions applicable to library world.
