摘　　要：日本的出版物缴送制度较完备,日本国立国会图书馆是接受日本国内出版物的法定呈缴机构。本文主要阐述了日本缴送制度的确立、完善过程以及缴送框架的各种要素,并提出对完善我国出版物缴送制度的启示。The deposit system in Japan is relatively efficient, and National Diet Library （Nippon Kokuritsu Kokkai Toshokan） is the legal depositary institution for national publications in Japan. After a careful research, this thesis represents the establishment, the process of perfection and the frame of depositary system in Japan. Finally, some point of views about the depositary system in China are proposed.
