摘　　要：方守彝的书信集《网旧闻斋书简》得其家传而见诸世,收光绪五年至十四年方守彝自作及代父方宗诚所作书信104篇,四万余字。书信之往来人物多为当时桐城派名家,涉及的历史事件较多,具有相当重要的史料价值。方守彝本身是桐城派后期重要作家,这些书信同时具有一定的文学价值。The collected correspondence of Fang Shouyi Wangfiuwenzhai Letters has been lound, which collects Fang Shouyi＇s 104 letters about 40,000 words from Guangxu 5th year to 14th year. The most people he kept in touch by letters were Tongeheng Literature School famous scholars, so these letters have important historical value. Fang Shouyi was an important writer in Tongcheng Literature School during the later period, so these letters also have literature value.
