摘　　要：本文介绍了永通铸管公司采用喷镁脱硫工艺,改善了铸管用原料铁水条件。同时对喷镁脱硫效率低的原因进行了分析,并提出改进措施。通过增加脱硫前、脱硫后铁水扒渣时间,调整镁粉载气压力与下料速度,确定合理的铁水液面高度,重新设置计算机专家系统参数等措施,提高了喷镁脱硫率。铁水脱硫率有了显著提高,达到了平均82%,满足铸管用铁水要求。This article describes the use of spray Yongtong Pipe Company magnesium desulfurization process,improve the conditions of cast pipe with the molten material.Meanwhile,spray low magnesium desulfurization efficiency analysis of the causes and propose improvements.By increasing the pre-desulfurization,desulfurization of hot metal slag after time,to adjust magnesium powder carrier gas under pressure and feed rate,determining reasonable hot metal surface height,re-set the computer expert system parameters such as measures to improve the injection of magnesium desulfurization rate.hot metal desulfurization rate increased markedly,reaching an average of 82% required to meet the cast pipe with the molten iron.
