摘　　要：结合具体实例介绍了综合利用Pro/E以及ANSYS软件参数化造型、有限元分析功能,分析摆环减速器环板及内齿轮副应力与变形情况的基本思想及相关步骤。分析结果证明,环板薄弱环节仍在轮齿部分。所介绍的方法和技巧可为该类减速器设计以及强度计算提供了有益参考。This paper introduces the parametric modeling Pro/E and ANSYS which are used in and FEA function,and analyzes the basic idea and relative steps of sress and deformation of the rock,ring and ring plate of the reducer.the results show that the weak points still locate at the gear teeth.It can provide a reference for the strength calculation and this kind of reducer design.
