摘  要:根据激光熔覆的特点,建立了激光熔覆温度场分析的模型,对多道送粉式激光熔覆过程的温度场进行了有限元分析.在分析过程中,激光热源模型为可移动的高斯热源,该模型适合熔覆层厚度不大的情况.并采用"单元生死法"来模拟激光熔覆过程中激光粉末不断被熔覆的过程.结合以上分析过程,我们利用ANSYS有限元分析软件来编写一段相应的APDL命令流,运行命令流后,通过ANSYS后处理器便可查看相应的计算结果.分析结果表明:每一道中各步的中心点温度的峰值基本上相等,并且热循环曲线相似,只是在时间上有延迟.后一道各步中心点的温度峰值比前一道各步的要高,但是这种增值的幅度越来越小.According to the characteristics of laser cladding,the model of the temperature field is built and the laser cladding process with multiple feeding powder is analyzed.The moving Gaussian mode is suitable and introduced for the analysis.The method of "Element Brith and Death" is utilized to simulate the process of feeding power.An APDL program is prescribed using ANSYS combining above analysis.While running the program,the correspondent results are observed by an post-processor.The analytical results show that each step's center has a similar temperature peak and its thermal cycle curve is also the same,but the peak temperature has a delay.Each step center's peak temperature is higher than the former ones.However,the increment becomes smaller and smaller following the increasing steps.
