摘　　要：高强预应力管桩是近年来在建筑桩基工程广泛应用的一种新型桩基形式,本文结合工程实例,详细阐述了预应力管桩静压法施工工艺,对成桩质量检测及存在问题桩的原因分析及处理措施进行了深入探讨,并提出了一些合理建议,供同行借鉴参考。Highly-prestressed pipe pile is a new pile foundation form that is widely adopted in construction pile foundation projects in recent years.This article,based on practice,first elaborates the construction technology of prestressed pipe piles in isostatic pressing way,and then investigates the quality testing of the completed piles and the causes and measures of existing questionable piles.It also presents some advisable suggestions for the references of the readers.
