门诊药房整包装自动发药机应用体会

摘　　要：目的将整包装自动发药机更好地应用于门诊药房。方法联系实际工作,总结分析应用整包装自动发药机的必要性及常见问题,并提出解决方法。结果整包装自动发药机的应用降低了工作强度,提高了调剂质量,促进了药学服务。但也存在个别药品与设备不相匹配的情况,同时存在设备的硬件、软件带来的弹射数量、库存、药品耗损、机器运转速度等方面的问题。结论只要善于总结问题,积极寻找原因,不断地调整和修正,整包装自动发药机一定能在门诊药房发挥更大作用。Objective To make better use of Full Package Dispensing Machine in the outpatient pharmacy.Methods From the view of reality,the necessity and the common questions of Full Package Dispensing Machine used in the outpatient pharmacy were summarized and analyzed.Then the solution methods were proposed.Results The application of Full Package Dispensing Machine reduced the working strength,increased the work quality and promoted the pharmaceutical service.But there was still unmatching condition of several drugs with equipment.At the same time there were some defects caused by the hardware and software of the machine including ejection number,stock,drug wastage and operating speed of machine.Conclusion If only we are good at summarizing the questions,actively seek for the causes,continually adjust and modify,this machine must play more greater role in the outpatient pharmacy.
