摘  要:目的研究地顶孢霉菌丝体(AMM)对四氯化碳(CC l4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法建立CC l4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤模型;观察AMM对血清中ALT和AST活性的影响及AMM对肝组织SOD、MDA、GSH-PX表达水平和肝、脾、胸腺指数的影响;HE染色观察AMM对CC l4小鼠肝脏形态学影响。结果 AMM(1 000、500 mg.kg-1)可显著降低血清中ALT和AST活性及肝组织匀浆中MDA的表达水平,升高肝组织匀浆中SOD、GSH-PX的表达水平,降低肝脏指数,但对脾、胸腺指数无显著影响;同时HE染色结果显示AMM能明显减轻肝脏的病理损伤。结论 AMM对CC l4所致小鼠急性肝损伤模型具有保护作用。Aim To investigate the effects of AMM against carbon tetrachloride-induced acute hepatic injury in mice.Methods The mode of CCl4-induced acute hepatic injury was set up in mice,then treated with AMM to observe the activities of ALT and AST in serum and the levels of SOD、MDA and GSH-PX in hepatic homogenates.The changes of liver index,spleen index,thymus index and the variations of liver histopathology were also observed by HE staining.Results AMM(1 000,500 mg·kg-1) markedly decreased the activities of ALT and AST.The same dose of AMM also significantly reduced the expression of MDA and liver index but enhanced the levels of SOD and GSH-PX in liver homogenates but make no difference to spleen index and thymus index.The results of HE staining showed that AMM could markedly reduce the damage of liver pathology.Conclusion The results suggest that AMM might exert anti-acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
