浅析油田社区供暖及节能减排存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：节能减排是经济发展的战略方针。油田社区由于供暖能源消耗过大,给企业的发展带来了压力,也影响了企业节能减排任务的完成。要做好这一工作,应从五个方面入手:一是要依靠科学,严格管理。二是要加大投入,逐步完成热源、热网和热用户系统的更新改造,注重节能技术和产品的应用。三是要提高供热系统调控能力,实现均衡供热。四是要充分发挥能源计量管理作用,实行能源成本核算和能耗考核。五是要加快建筑物节能改造。Energy saving and emission reduction are a strategic concept for economic development.Much high energy consumption in heating for oilfield community puts a great pressure on enterprise growth and at the same time hinders realization of energy saving and emission reduction.To solve the issue should start with five aspects,namely,conducting a strict management in a scientific way,increasing spending for gradually upgrading the system of heat source,heat supply network and users and paying attention to the utility of conservation technologies and products,improving the ability to regulate and control heat supply system to supply a balanced heating,giving full play to the energy measuring management to put energy cost accounting and energy consumption checking into practice,and speeding up energy saving modification to buildings.
