摘　　要：目的探讨早产儿视网膜病变筛查的护理配合。方法对134例早产儿和低体重儿用RetCamⅡ视网膜成像系统检查眼底,详细记录每例患儿的眼底视网膜情况,给予护理观察和配合。结果所有患儿均安全、顺利地完成眼底检查。结论早产儿的体重普遍偏低、器官发育不健全、抵抗力差,免疫力低下,进行眼底检查时需要护士进行科学、细心、安全的配合,以保证眼底筛查工作的顺利进行。Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation of retinopathy of prematurity（ROP） screening.Methods A total of 134 cases of premature infants and infants with low birth weight were screened by RetcamⅡ,and every case was recorded in details.Careful monitoring and efficient nursing were given to the infants.Results The screening doctor completed all fundus examinations successfully and safely.Conclusion The preterms are often with lower weight,underdeveloped organs and poor immunity and resistance.To ensure a successful ROP screening,nurses must cooperate with doctors during fundus examination attentively,carefully and scientifically.
