护嘱制度在危重患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护嘱制度在危重患者临床护理中的应用。方法采用便利抽样法选取2009年10月至2010年9月在解放军第88医院治疗的68例普外科危重患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组34例。试验组患者执行常规护理的同时实行护嘱制度,通过规范护嘱内容、建立护嘱字典库、确定人员资质、组织人员培训、实行护嘱单床旁应用、建立质量标准等方法落实护理措施;对照组患者按照传统方法遵照医嘱执行常规护理。比较两组护理质量和患者满意度。结果试验组的护理质量和患者的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护嘱制度促进了护理质量和患者满意度的提高,弥补了目前分级护理的不足,值得临床推广。Objective To study the application of the nursing order system in critically care patients.Methods Using convenience sampling method,68 critically care patients in the department of general surgery of No.88 Hospital of PLA from October 2009 to September 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group（n=34） and control group（n=34）.The patients in the experimental group underwent the routine nursing with nursing oder system through standarzing the content of nursing orders,establishing a nursing dictionary database,confirming training personnel qualifications,carrying out the nursing order at bedside,establishing the standard of quality to implement the nursing intervention.The experimental group underwent routine nursing under physician＇s instruction.The nursing quality and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality and satisfaction degree in the experimental group were significantly superior to those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The nursing order system increases nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,retrieves the insufficient of grading nursing and deserves clinical generalization.
