摘　　要：自20世纪80年代初以来,农民工这一特殊的社会群体为社会的发展作出了巨大贡献,但是其合法权益在现行法律体系下并没有获得应有的保护。加强农民工劳动权益保护,对于推动城乡协调发展、构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。Since the reform and opening up,migrant workers as the particular social groups of society has made great contributions to the development,but the legitimate rights and interests under the existing legal system does not receive the protection they deserve.Strengthen the protection of labor rights of migrant workers,in promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas;build a socialist harmonious society of great significance.
