消渴通痹颗粒对DM大鼠神经缺血髓化修复中VEGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨消渴通痹颗粒对DM大鼠神经缺血髓化修复中VEGF表达的影响。方法在STZ诱发的DM大鼠模型基础上,结扎股动静脉,制成单侧肢体缺血模型,用不同剂量的消渴通痹颗粒灌胃,并与西洛他唑对照,8 W后观察各组大鼠坐骨神经VEGF的变化。结果不同剂量的消渴通痹颗粒均能上调DPN大鼠坐骨神经VEGF的表达,与西洛他唑相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消渴通痹颗粒可减轻或改善糖尿病周围神经损伤,其机制可能与调节VEGF的表达有关。Objective To investigate the effects of Xiao Ke Tong Bi granules on the expression of VEGF during pulpation repairment in DM rats with neural ischemia.Methods DM rats model was induced with STZ.The femoral arteies and veins of the model rats were ligated to induce unilateral limb ischemia.Intragastric administration was used with different doses of Xiao Ke Tong Bi granules.Cilostazol was administered as comparison.The changes of VEGF of the rats’ nervi ischiadicus were observed 8 weeks later.Results All doses of Xiao Ke Tong Bi granules could improve the expression of VEGF of DPN rats’ nervi ischiadicus.And the difference has statistical significance compared with Cilostazol（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiao Ke Tong Bi granules can ease or improve diabetic peripheral nerve injury,and its mechanism is probably related with its regulation of VEGF expression
