摘　　要：提出了采用圆筒状试样、用电炉加热-水冷的方式,在符合HB 6660-1992规定的热疲劳试验机上测定热障涂层热疲劳抗力的试验方法。给出了试样图,规定了试验设备和试样的安装方法;制订了包括试验参数的确定、试验温度的测量与控制和热疲劳抗力的测量方法等全部试验程序;分析了不同试验条件下涂层的损伤规律,提出了涂层失效的判定方法。With a cylinder specimen and furnace-heating and water-cooling, a test method for measuring the thermal fatigue resistance of thermal barrier coatings was proposed according to the specification on thermal fatigue test machine of HB 6660-1992. The specimen form, fixture method and test equipment were introduced in this paper. All test procedures were defined including test parameters, measurement and control of test temperature and measuring methods of thermal fatigue. The damage at different test conditions was analyzed, and the determinant method for coating failure was proposed.
