摘 要:研究了权重信息部分确知且以区间数互反判断矩阵形式给出方案偏好信息的不确定多属性决策问题.首先,基于区间数互反判断矩阵的主观偏好信息,利用转换函数将决策信息一致化,建立一个目标规划模型,通过求解该模型得到属性的权重,进而获得方案的综合属性值;其次,利用已有的可能度公式对方案进行排序或择优,提出了一种基于目标规划和可能度的不确定多属性决策方法,该方法具有操作简便和易于上机实现的特点;最后,通过算例说明方法的可行性和有效性.The uncertain multi-attribute decision making problems are investigated,in which the information about attribute weights is known partly and the decision maker has preference information to alternatives in the form of interval number reciprocal judgment matrix.Firstly,the objective decision information is uniformized by using a translation function based on interval number reciprocal matrix,and a goal programming model is established.The attribute weights are obtained by solving the model and thus the overall values of every alternative are gained.Secondly,the alternatives are sorted by using an existing priority formula of possibility degree.A uncertain multi-attribute decision making approach based on the goal programming model and possibility degree is proposed,and it is characterized by simply operating and easily implementing on computer.Finally,a practical example is illustrated to show the feasibility and the availability of the developed uncertain multi-attribute decision making method.
