六味地黄软胶囊对精液参数及精子DNA质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾中药对精液参数及精子DNA质量的影响。方法:将68例肾阴虚型男性不育患者随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(33例),观察组服用六味地黄软胶囊,对照组服用维生素E胶丸,12周为1疗程。分别于服药开始及用药结束后复查1次计算机辅助精液分析及精子DNA碎片化检查。结果:精子活动力、精子畸形率、精子DNA碎片化指数,观察组较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾中药有效的改善精液参数,其作用机制可能与改善精子DNA质量有关。Objective： To observe the influence of invigorating the kidney herbs on semen parameters and sperm DNA quality.Methods： 68 patients with male infertility enrolled in this study were randomly assigned to 2 groups： observation group（Liuwei dihuang soft capsule,n=35） and control group（Vitamins E capsule,n=33）.12 weeks for a course of treatment.The computer assistant sperm analysis and sperm DNA quality were detected before and after treatment.Results： After 12 weeks,treatment,motility,the ratio of deformity sperm and the DNA pieces of sperm showed significant differences between the observation group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medical herbs of invigorating the kidney can effectively improve the semen parameters,the mechanisms may be by improvement of the quality of the sperm DNA.
