摘 要:本文对单轴双销铰链式大门机构进行了有限元静态线性结构分析,得出该大门机构的应力场和位移场分布,讨论了弧形加强覆板、前立柱和远端弹性支撑装置等对大门机构强度破坏和位移变形的影响,并将分析讨论的初步结果应用于单轴双销铰链式大门机构处于极端工况下的可靠性分析,分析结果证明该大门机构是可靠的。The structural deformation of the single-axis,double-pin-hinged door of fairly large horizontal vacuum chamber and/or similar metal tanks in static state was modeled,and simulated in finite element method(FEM).The influence of its accessories,including the structures of the dome-shaped strengthen boards,front mast and remote elastic supports,on the strength deterioration and sinking displacement of the door,5.5 m in diameter,was evaluated in the simulation.The simulated stress field and displacement field distributions were used to evaluate the reliability of the hinged door under the extreme conditions.The simulated results show that the well-designed,single-axis,double-pin-hinged door was safe and reliable.
